"Oh its nothing just a little claustrophobic in here thats all" Atticus said the noise in the crowded room of the shop was loud and it added to his feeling of claustrophobia.
He neglected to tell her that he had heard the shop keeper discussing the mayhem of diagon alley when the masked villains attacked and that unsettled him incase he got caught.
Atticus looked back of his shoulder at the raven he was quiet taken by the creature he had heard of people using them like owls to deliver messages. Looking back to Emmy he paused " I think you should get one a nice kitten from what ive seen of you it would suit your personality"

Emmy's brows furrowed together in concern. "Why don't we head out then?" It was more of a statement than a question. She could always come back for a pet; she didn't have the money to buy one today anyways. The girl began to make her way through the small crowd of people that had begun to filter in to the shop. Diagon Alley was beginning to wake up, which meant her brother would be waking up soon, too.
She stopped a few cages away too look back at Atticus, eyebrows raised at his comment. It made her shrug and snicker a bit. "Maybe someday," she responded. "You should probably get that birdie there. It's going to get attached if you keep looking at it like that."

Atticus smiled as she quipped about the bird walking over to the cage he picked it up " Maybe i will" strolling to the counter he pulled out several coins and passed them across to woman behind the counter
"Thank you" Atticus said as he took the bird and walked back to Emmy "Thanks very much for the push to getting this I think it should make a good pet" He looked towards the door "Do you mind if we make a move out of here more people will make this even worse"

Emmy waited patiently as Atticus picked up the bird and went to pay for it. Her eyes darted about the little shop, taking in the various caged animals. Once or twice, she glanced over to Atticus’s back, her eyes resting on those snakes; it again made her uneasy, a frown coming to her lips. While he seemed nice enough, Emmy simply couldn’t shake the feeling she shouldn’t get too close to this guy.
She was a wonderful actress, her thoughts hidden safely behind a mask when Atticus returned. A pleasant smile accompanied by a nod were the answer to his question. Emmy turned towards the door once more, she felt safe to let her expression drop, her back to Atticus. The air outside the shop was refreshingly clean and crisp. “Guess I’m not finishing my run today,” she joked, stretching her arms above her head.
